Seaquip brings international boating excellence to Milan, organizing a high-profile B2B exhibition dedicated to the yacht and marine equipment industry. A point of reference in Italy for shipyards, architects and designers, Seaquip is the ideal platform for industry professionals: an opportunity to make new connections, expand their network and present the latest innovations in marine technology.
From March 4 to 6, 2026, Milan will host the first edition of Seaquip, a B2B trade show designed for players in the marine industry. Dedicated to shipyards, boat manufacturers, architects, engineers and brokers, the event will offer the opportunity to make direct contact with the most influential decision-makers and discover the latest in marine design and technologies.
The idea of Seaquip was born in 2024 with the aim of creating a meeting point between different players in the industry and stimulating new business connections. It is not a traditional boat show, but a platform aimed at professional networking and enhancing innovation.
Milan was chosen as a strategic venue: in addition to being logistically convenient, it is home to more than 50 percent of Italian companies operating in the marine equipment sector. According to Pier Paolo Ponchia, CEO of Seaquip, the project has already garnered strong interest and currently has 66 confirmed exhibitors.
Key sponsors include prominent names such as Rossini and Azimut-Benetti, who have believed in Seaquip’s vision from the start and are actively contributing to its promotion. The organizers’ goal is to give the event an international dimension, involving exhibitors and visitors from all over the Mediterranean basin.
Numerous industry associations, particularly from the UK and Spain, will participate with meetings, workshops and conferences. Among the most anticipated events, Azimut’s R&D team will present current projects and emerging boating trends to the public.
Finally, the Seaquip team is also looking beyond the boundaries of the marine industry, exploring the possibility of involving companies from other fields to create cross-sector synergies and give greater verticality and originality to the event.
