In this episode, we take you on a discovery of U-Sail, the sailing shoes worn by champions.
U-Sail. Unique sailing shoes

The shoe is sometimes a sailor’s only point of contact with the boat, especially during the most delicate moments of racing when you have to move quickly and without slipping, perhaps on completely wet deck surfaces. Therefore, it is very important that the grip provided by the shoes ensures safety and a stable grip for the wearer.
The Wave Spider Shoes are designed by U-SAIL to provide the sailor with a comfortable, safe, grippy, and quick-drying shoe, plus a modern, good-looking design. Despite being extremely durable and solid then, the Wave shoe has a very low overall weight: just 269 grams, like a running shoe. Not to mention that the Wave’s minimal, understated look allows them to be worn even once off the boat.
What sets them apart, however, is the sole, which is truly unique: water runs off thanks to the groove and drainage holes, so the tread can keep the shoe firm and steady. After all, U-SAIL shoes originate from one of the most important footwear districts in the world, the Marche region, and are completely made in Italy in terms of both raw materials and craftsmanship. Thanks to which also the shoes are completely customizable and can be made to measure for any type of boat, crew, regatta or nautical event. Born in 2014, U-SAIL have been the top of the line of boat shoes for over ten years.
